Kotak Mahindra Bank: Private sector lender Kotak Mahindra Bank will handle the salary account of Indian army personnel, the bank said on Thursday. The bank has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Indian Army here for salary account.
Wipro: The IT major will acquire London headquartered Capco in a $1.45 billion deal as the Indian IT major seeks to become a "bolder and ambitious" company. The deal, once completed, is expected to help the Indian IT services provider gain a foothold and presence in European market, especially in the financial services industry. Capco has more than 5000 consultants and offers digital and technology services to banking and financial institutions across U.S. Europe and Asia Pacific. The acquisition is expected to close by June 30.
Mindspace Business Perks REIT: The company plan to raise up to Rs. 450 crore through the issue of debt securities. In a regulatory filing, company informed that the decision will be taken at a meeting on March 9.
